Most students arrive in Florence full of excitement. Then reality hits:
Pasta, pizza, gelato, aperol nights → energy crashes and “study abroad weight.”
No gym routine → loss of strength, discipline, confidence.
Tourist life → disconnection, drifting, regret at the end of the semester. At HARA Wholistic Club, we created something different:
a program that ensures your semester in Florence doesn’t just change you, it upgrades you.

what makes hara different?

We are not a gym. We are a member club that aims at your psycho-physical well-being in the center of Florence.
At HARA, we don’t run random classes.
We have designed a system to train whole you. Each class delivers one essential element every human needs to feel whole, alive and centered.
We coach movement.
We build strength, precision, and confidence.
We teach you to expand beyond your limits in body, mind, and being.

When you train them all, you don't just workout, you become WHOLE.

Why This Program Exists

The Study Abroad Movement Program by HARA is a semester-long upgrade for students who don’t want to waste their time abroad. You’ll:
- Stay fit while enjoying Florence’s food & wine.
- Build visible strength and confidence.
- Move better, with real technique.
- Expand beyond fitness.
- At HARA, training is psychophysical  your body changes, your confidence rises, your attitude shifts.
- Meet other internationals and locals who push you forward.
- Return home with more than souvenirs, return with a transformed body and psyche.

How It Works

At HARA we follow a clear system, not random workouts.

You start with Orientation to assess movement and set your plan.

Then you train 2–4x/week in small-group coaching where hinges, squats, planks and kicks are taught and progressed.

You sharpen skills in Technique Labs.

We track milestones in strength, posture and discipline so your progress is visible and felt every week.

  • Orientation + First Class (€15)
    First step at HARA, plus your personal assessment — movement screen, core check, and a clear starting point. Your €15 is credited if you join.

  • Weekly Coaching (2–4x/week)
    Small groups, serious coaching. Every hinge, squat, plank, and kick is taught, corrected, and progressed.

  • Technique Labs
    Skill-focused sessions (Muay Thai fundamentals, hinge mechanics, breath mastery) — where you level up beyond basic workouts.

  • Measurable Progress
    You’ll earn milestones in strength, posture, and discipline. You’ll see and feel your progress every week.

HARA was a huge part of my abroad experience in Florence and I could not be more grateful for such a warm and welcoming place to come to move my body.
