HARA Pilates is built on classical principles, executed through contemporary mat work. Slow, controlled movement, fused with foundational strength exercises that ask more of you than they look like they should.
Dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, mini ball, bodyweight: each one adds just enough resistance to deepen the work, and to make the control harder to fake.
Martyna's classes are flowy yet genuinely intense and energizing. You'll engage both large and small muscle groups, working toward a satisfying sweat and burn.
