While studying abroad in Florence I discovered Hara — it became one of the highlights of my time there. Feeling homesick, I was craving a familiar routine, and Hara became exactly that.

HARA Circuit
HARA Circuit is the club’s flagship class, created by Amar and built on GPP, the foundation athletes use to train everything. Push, hinge, carry, rotation: everything you will ever need in training is here. You get stronger here, and stronger for life out there.

Pilates
HARA Pilates is all about breath, alignment, and core strength. Contemporary mat work combined with foundational strength exercises — slow, controlled, built to develop the kind of body awareness you feel in how you stand, move, and carry yourself.

Barre
Where control meets intensity. HARA Barre joins the grace of ballet with the substance of strength training, building stability and mobility that last. Every movement builds control you carry into how you move all day.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai at HARA is offered only in private sessions and small groups, by request and tailored around you. If you want to learn to fight, cultivate inner calm, improve your emotional intelligence, and transform your emotions, write to us.
