HARA Circuit is the club's signature strength class — invented by Amar, built on the GPP method athletes use to build their base. Press, hinge, carry, rotate: real load, real coaching, small room. You don't just get stronger in here. You get stronger for everything out there.

Pilates
HARA Pilates goes beyond posture work — it’s breath, alignment, and awareness sharpened into strength. You’ll reconnect with your body’s deep core and unlock mobility that changes how you carry yourself in every moment. Less about “looking toned,” more about living with balance and control.

Barre
Where control meets intensity. HARA Barre combines the grace of ballet with the functional edge of strength training, forging stability and mobility that last. Every movement builds presence — you don’t just work your body, you sharpen the way you move through life.

Myofascial Release
The biggest gift you can give yourself: time to deeply care for your body. Through targeted self-massage with the ball, you’ll release fascia tension, dissolve adhesions, and rehydrate deep tissues. At HARA, it’s a ritual for renewal, inside and out.
