HARA exists to help you rise above your limits and feel deeply confident in your body. Growth begins by noticing where you are, accepting it, and choosing your next step with intention. We train Balance, Power, and Stillness through our favorite disciplines,  that, by practiced together, make you complete. We know this because we’ve been on the other side: unsure, disconnected, and in pain, before finding the practices that changed everything.

Amar’s journey began at rock bottom, weighed down by toxic habits and unprocessed trauma. Through movement, breath, and daily discipline, he rebuilt himself from the inside out. Now, he teaches that physical strength and inner stability are inseparable.

For Martyna, movement was once about performance and appearance, until a spine injury changed everything. Learning to protect and respect her body became the real goal. She now guides others to move freely, live without pain, and value strength over aesthetics.

Together, our paths shaped HARA into a place where real change happens, from consistent practice, honest work, and a community that lifts you up. Whatever your starting point, you’ll find the tools, guidance, and support to grow stronger in body, steadier in mind, and more rooted in yourself.
