Welcome to hara
HARA exists to help you rise above your limits and feel deeply confident in your body. We train three things: Balance, Power, and Stillness — different disciplines, one body. Practiced together, they make you complete. We know this because we’ve been on the other side: unsure, disconnected, and in pain, before finding the practices that changed everything.

Amar’s journey began at rock bottom. Through strength, breath, and daily discipline he rebuilt himself from the inside out — then turned that work into a method: the HARA Circuit, the club’s signature strength training, and the breath and recovery practices that close the day. He teaches that physical strength and inner stability are one thing, not two.

For Martyna, movement was once about performance and appearance, until a spine injury changed everything. Learning to protect and respect her body became the real goal. She now guides others to move freely, live without pain, and value strength over aesthetics.

Together, our paths shaped HARA into a place where real change happens, from consistent practice, honest work, and a community that lifts you up. Whatever your starting point, you’ll find the tools, guidance, and support to grow stronger in body, steadier in mind, and more rooted in yourself.
