Ways in
At HARA you choose between two routes. A class pack if you want to stay flexible: HARA 5, 10 or 25, and you come when it fits. A monthly membership if you want a rhythm and a lower price per class: HARA 12, or Seekers if you train most days. Every membership gives you all four practices, Circuit, Flow, Sculpt and Still, so you pick how often, not which discipline. Studying in Florence for a term? Train one to one with Amar.
Personal training at HARA is selective. It starts with a 75-minute initiation: we assess your movement, breath and the limits holding you back, then build your plan. The €80 is credited toward your first month if you go on.

Twelve weeks, three times a week, five men coached by Amar. Not a membership: a closed programme, with measurements at the start and on day 28.
