Getting started

I've never really trained. Can I come?

Yes. Every class scales to your level: max 10 people means the coach adapts every exercise to you, rep by rep. Most students start as complete beginners.

How do I book?

Everything runs on Momence, our booking platform. After you sign up you can book any class from the app or your browser.

Will I be the only study-abroad student there?

No. HARA is a mixed community: students, internationals and Florentines who live here year-round. That's the point.

Classes

Are classes in English?

Yes. Every class at HARA is coached in English. Cues, corrections, jokes, all of it.

Which classes are women only?

Martyna's classes, HARA Flow and HARA Sculpt (Morning Pilates, Barre and Arms & Abs on the timetable), are women only. HARA Circuit and HARA Still are open to everyone.

What if I'm traveling for the weekend?

Good, go explore. We'll be here every time you're back. Classes run Monday to Saturday, morning to evening, so training fits around your semester, not the other way round.

Memberships & packs

What is the €25 member card?

HARA is an official Italian sports association (APS): the €25 annual card makes you a member, covers registration and insurance, and is required once per year. It's already included in the €49 Intro.

Do class credits expire?

HARA 5 and HARA 10 are valid 30 days from purchase, HARA 25 is valid 90 days, and the Semester Pass covers your 3 months. Buy what matches your stay.

Practical

Where are you exactly?

Via Ghibellina 74, in the historic centre, about 5 to 8 minutes on foot from most study-abroad campuses (Kent State, FUA, ISI, CET) and 10 from the Duomo.

Do I need a medical certificate?

Yes, like every sports club in Italy, and we handle it with you at your first visit. Bring nothing but sportswear: water and towel are included.
