Landmine Circuit
Strength without hesitation. At HARA, Landmine Circuit training turns resistance work into a fluid, powerful practice. You’ll press, hinge, rotate, and lunge with precision, building strength that feels natural, coordinated, and controlled — power you can trust in any movement.

At HARA, we close the day by returning to stillness. This class blends guided breathwork and meditation to help you release the day’s weight, dissolve inner tension, and settle into presence. You’ll leave with a calmer mind, a softer body, and the clarity to close the day on your terms.

Sweat & Jump
Sweat & Jump is HIIT workout, that will energize and pump you up for the day! This workout is a mix of jumping drills and resistance training designed to boost speed, power, and endurance. Expect explosive moves, sweaty energy, and a serious full-body burn that leaves you lighter, stronger, and fully alive.

Arms & Abs
Arms & Abs class is Martyna’s signature flow, designed to fire up your upper body and core using wrist weights. She blends her favorite Pilates-inspired exercises into a rhythm of fast and slow sequences. Expect a mix of burn and release, strength and stretch, all designed to tone your body and leave you feeling strong yet light.

Booty Burn
Booty Burn is a high-energy sculpting session designed to lift, tone, and strengthen your glutes and legs.
