Muay Thai foundations

At HARA, we close the day by returning to stillness. This class blends guided breathwork and meditation to help you release the day’s weight, dissolve inner tension, and settle into presence. You’ll leave with a calmer mind, a softer body, and the clarity to close the day on your terms.
