Landmine Circuit


A small-group strength session (maximum 4 people) designed to let you experience both the power and the safety of your training.
Here, the landmine becomes your training partner: press, hinge, rotate, lunge in a 45-minute circuit that awakens coordination, balance, and control.
Guided by the principles of forward intent, core-driven movement, intentional rotation, positions before transitions, and progressive loading, each exercise becomes a rooted, dynamic, and effective gesture.
