From Rock Bottom to Rising — The Story Behind Psychophysical Expansion

By the time I was 25, I had hit rock bottom.
On paper, I was just another guy drifting — stuck in toxic habits, caught in addictions, numbing myself instead of facing reality. Under the surface, I was carrying unprocessed trauma, a nervous system constantly on edge, and a version of myself I didn’t want to live with anymore.

That was my turning point. The moment I decided my life wasn’t going to be a slow decline. I took it into my own hands — no miracle, no shortcut, just a daily decision to become the kind of man I could respect.

I trained my body, but also my mind. I learned to sit with discomfort instead of escaping it. I studied nutrition, movement, psychology, and the nervous system. I confronted my own patterns — the ways my attachment style shaped my relationships, the way my lack of safety in my own body showed up as avoidance, overreaction, or shutting down.

I rebuilt. From the inside out.

Everything is Possible

Here’s what I learned:
Who you are now is not a life sentence.
It’s malleable.
It can be upgraded.
You can rise above your circumstances — even if you feel like they’re crushing you now.

I am proof. And so are the people I coach.

Why I Created HARA

I built HARA Wholistic Club with Martyna because I couldn’t find a space that looked at the whole human. Gyms only cared about aesthetics. Wellness studios rarely pushed people to their edge. Nobody was bridging strength, stillness, and the inner work it takes to truly change.

HARA is that bridge.
It’s where movement becomes medicine. Where you train not just for the mirror, but for the way you live, think, and feel.

The Method: Psychophysical Expansion

Psychophysical Expansion was born out of my own transformation. It’s not just fitness. It’s a method built on the wholeness of the human experience — from your nervous system and emotional state, to your identity, your relationships, and the way you hold yourself in the world.

We work on:

  • Strength & Athleticism – A body that can adapt, perform, and protect you.
  • Breath & Regulation – A nervous system that can handle pressure without breaking.
  • Lifestyle & Nutrition – Daily choices that build energy and resilience.
