I rebuilt myself from the body up. Then I built HARA.
At 25 my life worked on paper and I wasn't in it. Bad habits. A nervous system stuck on alarm. A body I'd stopped living in. Nothing fixed that except training, done every day, done honestly, strength and breath in the same hour.
So I went and studied why it had worked. Strength training, athletic preparation, breathwork, the nervous system. Years of it, with the certifications to back it. That study became my own method, Espansione Psicofisica. Then it became a room on Via Ghibellina.
What I teach
- HARA Circuit. The strength method I built on GPP, the base athletes prepare everything else on. Press, hinge, carry, rotate, real load, coached rep by rep. You feel it outside the gym: the shopping, the stairs, a long day on your feet.
- Breath and recovery. Breathwork (Oxygen Advantage method), meditation, myofascial release. A nervous system that holds pressure in the day and lets go at night.
- Muay Thai. Striking and conditioning, private or in small private groups. Technique first. You earn the intensity.
- Personal training. One to one, built around your body and what you want from it.
How I coach
Ten people, and I know every name in the room. I watch how you move before I add weight. I'll tell you the truth about the work, and I'll never ask your body for something it isn't ready to give. You leave steady and clear, tired in a good way.
Everything starts from your centre. That's the method, and it's the name on the door.
